Weather stayed nice throughout the remainder of August with temperatures between 20-25C. Just as I like it best and great for training. The below is somewhat hard to read but that's what a typical training week looks like (Aug 24-30):
Part of training are the Tuesday night races to which Jeff and I have been taking the double surfski out for the last little while. Below is a shot from the race on Aug 25th. Jeff and I with John & Ben (double surfski) as well as Chris (single surfski) on our wave. We dropped Chris shortly after this photo was taken and beat Ben & John in the sprint to the finish line by a couple boat length. I love winning against men double teams :-).

And I found a great, easy recipe for blackberry muffins. Very yummy.
